Job Description:

Analyse customer product specifications and applicable regulations /legislations for their area of the programme
Define the product functional analysis (based on standard) to translate customer specifications and internal requirements into clear product performance criteria
Agree the material choice proposed is able to meet mechanical performance requirements
Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation associated with the analysis process
Participate in design reviews
According to validation/measurement results, define necessary product improvements to meet the specifications
Define, plan, and follow the product validations
Define the product improvements to meet the specifications
Support reaching the quality, costs and delivery targets of the program
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

Qualification: DME / BE Mech

Experience: Min 3 Year Experience in CATIA software

Job Description:

Selecting, measuring, cutting, and joining appropriate metals to specifications.
Preparing metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and effective assemblage.
Interpreting specifications and blueprints accurately.
Training welding apprentices and mentoring recruits.
Regularly cleaning and inspecting welding equipment and tools.
Operating cranes and other machinery to transport materials to welding worksites.
Determining correct gas ratios.
Testing the strength of each join during and after project completion.
Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting as required.
Liaising with the line manager or supervisor, reporting any issues, and making suggestions for improvement.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma

Experience: Min 3 Year Experience

Set up VMC machines by installing and adjusting cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to job requirements.
Program VMC machines using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software to execute machining operations accurately.
Operate VMC machines to perform milling, drilling, tapping, and other machining processes to produce components with tight tolerances.
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on VMC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts, to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as micro meters, Caliber, and gauges to verify conformance to specifications.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

ITI / DME

Experience: Min 3 yrs Experience

Skill Required:

– Should be worked in Sheet Metal projects,

– Should have exposure in CNC Bending machines,

– Should have knowledge in drawings.
